•  Lump Sum Contract - Fixed price contracts where you want peace of mind and/or your financier may require it. 
• Cost Plus Contract - Open book contracting with a fixed margin. This is particularly useful when you want the flexibility to make changes as you go.
• Construction Management - Use our trades or use your own, you negotiate and pay them directly. We provide a fixed management fee to coordinate trades on site, maintain quality and ensure compliance. Very good option for those who seek the Owner Builder path but need some help along the way.
